Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ClaimLeads at https://claimleads.com.au. By creating an account or claiming a lead you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate details when you register and keep them up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. We may approve, suspend or close accounts at our discretion, for example where terms are breached.
Buying leads
When you claim a lead you agree to pay the price shown at the time of claiming. Claiming a lead unlocks the customer’s contact details to you exclusively and removes the lead from other buyers’ feeds. Prices are set per lead and decrease over time until a lead is claimed or reaches a floor price.
Exclusivity
Each lead is sold to a single buyer. We do not knowingly resell or re-list a claimed lead. You must not on-sell, redistribute or share the contact details you receive with any third party.
Refunds and bad leads
If a lead you claimed is a genuine dud, such as a disconnected number, a duplicate, or an obviously fake enquiry, you may report it from your dashboard. We review reports in good faith and refund leads we agree are invalid. Refunds are at our reasonable discretion and are not guaranteed for leads that simply did not convert.
Acceptable use
You agree to contact customers only in relation to the enquiry they submitted, to comply with all applicable laws including spam and privacy laws, and not to use the service to harass customers or misuse their information. You must not attempt to access leads you have not claimed, or interfere with the operation of the service.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us to charge your nominated card for leads you claim. All prices are in Australian dollars.
No guarantee of outcome
We provide access to enquiries. We do not guarantee that any lead will convert into a job, or the accuracy of information a customer provides beyond our bad-lead refund process. The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, our liability arising from the service is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount you paid us for the lead giving rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
